My journey into massage began through Watsu water therapy and gradually evolved into formal studies in therapeutic massage and professional practice. Today, I combine knowledge of anatomy, a variety of massage techniques, and a respectful, attentive approach to each person’s unique needs.
When I began studying Watsu, I discovered that massage elements are an integral part of this aquatic bodywork practice. Watsu itself incorporates principles of Shiatsu, the traditional Japanese form of bodywork. So I deepened my understanding of Shiatsu, and in 2018 I completed Shiatsu Level I training with master teacher Shinzo Fujimaki, where I also explored the body’s energetic systems and meridian pathways.
Over the years, I attended various massage courses and workshops. However, I felt called to develop a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of therapeutic bodywork. In the summer of 2025, I completed a year-long professional massage training program at Art of Beauty School in Vilnius, one of Lithuania’s leading schools for beauty and wellness education.
After successfully passing the required examinations, I was awarded:
- Lithuanian Diploma in Therapeutic Massage
- International CIDESCO SPA Diploma
- International ITEC Sports Massage Diploma
Throughout my studies and professional development, I have trained in a variety of massage modalities, which I integrate into my practice according to each client’s individual needs:
- Classical Full-Body Massage
- Therapeutic Back Massage (with emphasis on the interscapular area)
- Myofascial Scalp Massage
- Lymphatic Drainage Massage
- Reflexology Foot Massage
- Relaxing Foot Massage
- Abdominal Massage
- ASAHI Facial Massage
- Hand Massage
- Pregnancy Massage
- Anti-Cellulite Massage
- Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage
Following an Erasmus+ internship at ENSANA Medical Spa in Budapest in the summer of 2025, I further expanded my skills in:
- Hot Towel Massage
- Candle Oil Massage
The duration and style of each massage session are always discussed and tailored individually according to the client’s health condition, needs, and intentions.
Personally, I appreciate deeper forms of bodywork—not with the aim of creating pain, but rather to support the nervous system’s capacity for awareness, release, and profound relaxation.
Session length, location, and pricing are arranged individually.
